Our Servant Leadership Elevation Program provides a comprehensive, customizable foundation to inspire and guide your students in living out their Catholic faith through meaningful service. The Servant Leadership Elevation Program includes the following:

Three-Year Adoption Plan and Curriculum: A fully developed, NSBECS-aligned curriculum that fosters social justice, servant leadership, Catholic faith, and meaningful service across three academic years.

Staff & Teacher Professional Development: Includes one all-staff training focused on uplifting school culture and one middle school teacher-specific training to ensure a seamless implementation of the program.

Year-End 360 Review & Goal-Setting Session: Reflect on accomplishments and set goals to continually grow your program’s impact.

Principal Check-Ins: Regular check-ins with the site principal and the site Servant Leadership Influencer to provide support, address challenges, and align program goals.

Fieldwork Observations: On-site or virtual observations to assess and refine program goals.

Parent Info Session (upon request): Equip parents with the information needed to understand and support their child’s journey through the program.

The Strategic Alignment Assessment includes the following
