Stephanie Criona

Stephanie Criona is a Co-Founder of the Servant Leadership Project and serves as the Lead Content Creator for our program, driven by a personal mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. With over 25 years of experience in ministry and leadership, Stephanie has designed and implemented numerous faith-based programs that empower students to embrace and live out their Catholic identity.

Holding an M.A. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Servant Leadership, Stephanie brings both passion and expertise to her work, inspiring students to grow as faith-filled leaders in their communities.

A proud mom of three, Stephanie values Catholic education at all levels and generously volunteers her time, talent, and treasure to support her family’s schools. Embracing the investment in Catholic education for elementary, high school, and college, she joyfully offers her service and dedication, living her faith in action.

Natalie Moiseve

Natalie Moiseve is a Co-Founder of the Servant Leadership Project and is the Lead Curriculum Designer for our program, bringing a results-driven approach to education and a passion for faith-based learning. With a B.A. in Diversified Liberal Studies from the University of San Diego a Catholic University, Natalie has built an impressive career in curriculum design, education consulting, and professional development. She holds a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and has worked with the California Reading and Literature Project at Loyola Marymount University as a Professional Development Consultant. Natalie’s experience also includes publishing and strategy development for higher education at McGraw Hill Education, where she honed her skills in creating impactful learning materials.

As a dedicated mother of three and a Catholic school mom, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Her children’s participation in the Servant Leadership Programs further fuels her commitment to fostering faith-centered education that balances academic excellence with meaningful character development.

Natalie skillfully integrates her faith, family life, and professional expertise to design curricula that inspire students and support educators in their mission to form the next generation of servant leaders.

Dr. April Beuder

Dr. April Beuder is the Head of Research and our Lead Consultant. Dr. Beuder is the Principal of Our Lady of Guadalupe School in Hermosa Beach, California. With over 25 years of experience in Catholic education spanning Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Her expertise includes a strong foundation in Early Childhood Religious Education, where she has made a lasting impact on the faith formation of young learners.

Dr. Beuder holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership for Social Justice, along with advanced degrees in Elementary Education and Catholic School Administration. She is passionate about fostering a vibrant and inclusive Catholic school environment that inspires academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Dr. Beuder’s commitment to Catholic education is both professional and personal, as she raised her three sons in the Catholic faith and continues to shape future leaders grounded in faith and service.
